Bill / KOT Printing Issues

For any issues related to bill or KOT printing, the printer should be able to print test page.

1. Check the cable connections to the printer.
2. Printer should print test page.
3. Go to --> DEVICES and PRINTER --> right click on printer properties --> click on TEST PAGE.
4. If the test page is printed successfully, please contact SSPL Team for printer configurations.
